OnLine accessory

Danfoss Online

Danfoss OnLine enables the consumer, or installer, to take control of the heat pump via the internet.
OnLine monitors the heating system, allowing access to the controls via a simple menu based screen so that the consumer can change any heat settings, or the installer to find faults or monitor the energy usage.

As an extra reassurance when signing up to this service, the consumer or installer will receive an alarm via an SMS or e-mail if a fault has occurred in the system. This service also allows the installer to carry out certain maintenance work remotely.

Control and monitor while you are away
The Danfoss OnLine function allows users to control and monitor a heat pump from anywhere in the world via computer connected to the internet. This programme enables communication between the heat pump system and on-line control function. For example, if you are away from your home, you can control the heat pump remotely to reduce the indoor temperature for the duration of your trip saving on energy bills. You can also put the temperature back up for your return.

A history can be saved for a greater overview of your system and reports can be obtained in the form of graphs showing the changes which you have made over a certain time period.

Heat Pump values that can be monitored & controlled via the online system include:
    • Room temperature
    • Outdoor temperature
    • Hot water temperature
    • Operating status
    • Operating times
